Burke
Academy is situated
in beautiful historic Steveston
with three large and newly finished
studios, all with state of the
art "sprung floors".
The Academy offers
classes in Ballet , Modern, Tap,
Hip Hop, Jazz, R.A.D. exam classes
and Pilates. Every year all the students
participate in the Academy's year
end performance for two nights at
the Gateway Theatre .
Our Dancers have
many performance opportunities including
performances in Disneyland California.
With both recreational and pre-professional
programs offered, the school ensures
that every student develops at a
level that is fun and challenging.
All classes are
taught by trained experienced instructors
who are committed to their expertise
in the Dance arts. Under the direction
of Mary Burke the Academy continues
to produce exceptional young talent
with a solid foundation in dance.
